Inspired by all the little Things 45

Hi Friends, Today I have a card for Inspired by all the little things #45. As you see we have a coffee theme this week and I used my Simon Says Stamp February card kit and adorable Doodlebug Products for my card.

It was challenging to come up with a card design that hasn't already been made. Everyone has been making the cutest cards with this kit.
I colored up the cup with Copics and paper pieced sleeve on the cup. I stamped the sentiment and added stickers and enamel dots.

Mary Beth Lopez is our guest this week. Come on by and see what the she and the team have to share.

Inspired by 44

Hey Friends, February is rolling right along. Time for another Inspired by all the little things challenge. We're up to #44. Do you like Ferris Wheels? I do unless there are gigantic.

I colored up this cute Lawn Fawn Ferris wheel with Zigs markers, fussy cut out and placed it on a distress ink sponged panel. I used a grass punch to make the grass which was also distress inked with Mowed Lawn. How appropriate!

The ticket stamp comes with the same set and was stamped on the kraft card base with Momento Lady Bug ink. Each little car on the wheel has a tiny red gem on it and one in the middle. Nice and simple for quick mailing.

Come on by the blog and visit our guest Becca Whitman and the rest of the team this week!

Simon "Cute" Challenge

I'm playing in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge today. The challenge is "Cute". To me, nothing says cute like Lawn Fawn! This set is called Sweet Smiles. I love the faces.
I water colored the gumball machine and gum balls with Zig markers. I copic-colored the blue glass part and used a white gel pen to make the highlight. It was an experiment.
I sponged on 3 colors of distress inks in an ombre style and dropped water on it. You know how it's done!
I intended to link to more challenges but ran out of time. Tootles.

Come and get it Challenge Love is in the air.

Inspired by all the little Things 43

Hey Friends, I'm loving this inspiration photo this week at Inspired by all the little Things 43. Home decorating is a passion of mine so I love pics of home decor.

I chose to take the pink flowers, the fabulous black and white print and some silver from the photo for this week's card. I masked the beautiful WPlus9 Ranunculous with a Lawn Fawn jar stamp. The stems are from yet another set. I water colored the image with Zig markers and a water brush. I heat embossed (with Versafine Black Onyx and clear power)  the black sentiment from a SSS stamp designed by Kristina Werner.

I set that on a panel on PTI patterned paper and wrapped some silver twine, made a separate bow from the same, and added a black enamel dot. That panel was set on a dark pink A2 card base. Oh, and of course PPP sparkling clear sequins!

Michele Ferguson is our guest this week! You must go over to the blog and see her take on the challenge as well as the other wonderful cards from the team.

Inspired by all the little things 42

Hi Friends, are you in Valentine mode? We are at Inspired by all the little things 42, although you can be inspired by our photo to make any kind of card!

OK, I was a little stumped with the inspiration but worked it out. I'm not sure if my card style is sorta mixed media or HOT MESS? LOL!

The Frantage embossing powder was fun to use! You can't tell but it's white with gold glitter mixed in. I had fun applying it to the Cartabella wood grain paper with Versamark and on the wood veneer hearts. I was trying to have a vertical element like the inspiration photo so I added Crate Paper letter stickers for the LOVE word. (They came in last years SSS February card kit.)

The focal sentiment was stamped with SSS Hello Beautiful stamp set. A nest of gold thread sits under my MFT stitched circle diecut.

I hope you will join us this week. Please click the link above and check out the design team's cards!
