Hey Friends, How are you? We have a pretty tulip inspiration for you this week. I could have gone in a lot of directions with this but then my friend brought this stamp to my local card club meeting and it was perfect for the challenge. It's from Stampendous and it was so fun to color with Zigs! It made a great note card which I mailed immediately to Mom.
I stamped it on Bristol card stock with Versafine ink.
Since the image is large I just die cut it and set it on a gingham patterned paper mat and then on Kraft. The sentiment is Hero Arts.
Our guest this week is Shari MacLaughlin. Come visit the blog and see everyone's cards!
Until next week!
Kim
This is so pretty, Kim! Such gorgeous, bright colours - and I love the gingham paper that you paired it with :o)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty stamp for sure. Love all the vivid colors and the sweet gingham. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWow! Love LOVE this image. Been window shopping at Stampendous lately. I love the willow twig handle on the basket. Beautiful coloring with your Zigs, and it's so great that you mailed this wonderful card to your mom. Stampers need to mail more cards.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty take on the inspiration photo, Kim!
