SSS170.Jess.Anniv.

Hi all, Today I'm here with a card made with my sweet daughter's hand-drawn cake image! So cute! I asked her to draw me some and she drew 3 different ones. I had yet to use them on a card but decided to make one for her upcoming 3rd Wedding Anniversary!! I had to decrease the size to 80% so I copied her original art, made it smaller, then printed it out on a couple of pieces of MME designer paper.
I added stickles, which didn't photograph well and made a little bit of the ink run, which I covered up with the cute little punched flower!
I used this weeks sketch challenge over at The Sweet Stop. I didn't add one panel and changed the oval to a square to aaccommodate the cake image. A nice embossing folder was used on the background and a bow , twine and tiny tag finished it off. Yes, I know the text is upside down!!! Darn it!!!
Thanks for visiting today! Kim

  6. WOW! You should get her to draw more often. That cake look s fabulous Kim. I discovered that Stickles doesn't like ink very well too. It makes some of my Copic colors run, especially red. Would have to be the hardest one to fix huh? LOL Beautiful job on the anniversary card sweetie. Hugs and happy weekend!
