Hi Friends, I thought a summer card was in order so I inked up one of my beloved Flourishes stamps.
 Boo hoo, still haven't gotten over them closing. Watermelon sure does say Summer, right? 
Making this card made me very happy. I hadn't made a card in over a week and I was having withdrawal symptoms. I had to clean up my disaster of a desk before I could make this. 
I really enjoyed coloring this with Copics and matching it to some yummy gingham paper from MME Lost & Found 2. I followed Karen's sketch from last week because it was perfect for showcasing my watermelon. 
I inked up the sentiment from the same set and added a button and twine. I got the sweet lace from a Flourishes prize pack when they were still open.

  3. Super cute! It is sad that they had to close. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end at some point, right? That's what I keep telling myself. I loved coloring all the pretty botanical sets they offered. :)
