SSSC225, Card Concept 13-Baby
Hi Friends, I'm sharing a baby card today. My friend became a grandmother to a baby girl so I had to make this. I used SSSC225 but I left off the partitions from the bottom because I couldn't make them work.
I just realized I didn't put 2 items on the left side either but I'll add them. That side looks a little naked anyway and needs them.
This paper is soooo pretty. It's K&Co 8x8 from several years ago, name unknown. The card stock is SU and bazzill. I am LOVING the memory box butterfly! Not sure if I ever used it. The small butterfly is a MS punch. The tab die and letters are MFT dies. Oh, the colors of this just make me melt, they are so pretty!
I'm submitting this to the Card Concept Challenge 13-Oh Baby also. I guess it's clean and layered? I would almost call it elegant, maybe when I add the 2 pink pearls to it, then maybe it could be elegant?
Not sure. I'll go read the definitions again. Some other challenges are:
Brown Sugar -Anything Goes
Have a great day! Happy 4th of July!

Lovely use of not-quite-traditional baby colours - I love that - especially the pops of lime green! So glad you joined us at The Card Concept!

ReplyDeleteIt's darling paper and I love what you did with the sketch! Cutest baby card. They're some of my faves and haven't made one for a while. I feel one coming on, though.
ReplyDeleteAwww all those butterflies are so sweet. Great job with the stitching too. :-)
