Xmas in July

Hi there friends,

I made a gift card holder for a Christmas In July Sassy Design Studio Challenge. It will also fit some other challenges this week. I love the colors of these K&Co papers I bought last Christmas. They are 4 x6" mat papers that work pretty well for card making because of the small scale prints.

The tag sticking out of the top of the cup shaped holder will hold a gift card. I'll attach it to the tag with some glue dots. The colors are non-traditional but my daughter thought they went well with the modern SSD image and I agree. It was fun to make this even though I dread the holiday! LOL!

Hi, I used the Sassy Studio Design Sketch #28 to create a "Do not disturb" door hanger sign for my daughter's friend whose getting married in a few weeks. The Sassy Studio Bride image was my inspiration. I missed last weeks challenge to make a wedding inspired card so I'm doing it this week.
