Lawn Fawnatics-Fun with Dies #24

Hey Peeps! How are you? I decided to play in the Lawn Fawnatics challenge since I needed a baby card. This set is older but I haven't used it that much. The ducks are so darling!

I started by Copic coloring the little ducks and clouds and I paper pieced the umbrella. All are from the Lawn Fawn Hello Baby stamps and dies.

My arched die cut panel die is from Pretty Pink Posh (Stitched Duo 3). I sponged it with Tumbles Glass Distress ink and die cut some grassy hills with Lawn Fawn Plaid Paper. I Stamped the raindrops from the same LF set with the same ink and set the ducks on top.

I prepared my white card base by adding more LF patterned paper and stamped the sentiment. Darice twine finishes it off.

It's been a while since I made a card that was not for a design team. It was fun!
Thanks for visiting.

Inspired by all the little things #81

Hey Friends, It's that time again. This week at Inspired by all the little things we have a pretty photo with lots of neutrals. I chose to focus on the labels and flowers. I found this great piece of patterned paper with labels on it in my stash.

Then I grabbed a Penny Black (or Hero Arts) set for the Queen Anne's Lace flower. I heat embossed it in white and stitched in on my panel. For a nod to the glass bottles I tied a clear greenish blue button on some gold twine. No sentiment, I plan to use as a note card.

While making this card I discovered that I do not own any shell stamps! The horror! This beach lovin girl has got to get some. :)

Kelly Lunceford is our guest for the month. Come on by and see her card as well as the wonderful design team cards.

Seize the Birthday Anything Goes

Hi Friends! Surprise! I'm guesting at Seize the Birthday for the months of March and April! How fun, right? I'm thrilled to be joining the wonderful design team. I always like to make birthday cards so this is perfect.
I started my card by stamping and Copic coloring this adorable Llama image from Newton's Nook. I think it's supposed to be a Holiday set but I think it works for birthdays.
After coloring and highlighting with a white gel pen and die cut it and set on a ink sponged diecut circle. I made the background and card base from MME birthday themed paper and a Lawn Fawn scalloped border die.
It's easy to play along with this challenge. You can make any birthday card you would like!
Thanks for visiting!

Inspired by all the little things 80

Hi Friends, Inspired by all the little things #80 is now open. What a pretty color palette!
I was drawn to the gold Hello word and the pink and aqua colors.
I started with a Simon Says Stamp set, Hello Beautiful! and I embossed with gold EP. I cut it out with a SSS stitched circle die and layered it on top of a bunch of pretty patterned paper. The gold mat is a paper from Recollections. I added a few sequins and some twine.
Dana Seymour is our guest for the month. Come on by and submit a card. It's just too pretty NOT to!

Inspired by all the little things 79

Hey Friends, Inspired by all the little things Challenge 79 is open today. We hope you come joins for the cute inspiration.
Love this Simon Says Stamp bicycle stamp (Beautiful Ride). I stamped and colored with Copics and cut it out with matching dies. I highlighted the coloring with a white gelly roll pen. Isn't the dog precious? I stenciled some Antique Linen ink on a kraft background for a makeshift wall and stamped another Simon says stamp (Hello Beautiful) sentiment on top.  A piece of bakers twine finishes it off.
This week's guest is Dana Seymour. Valentine's Day will be here before you know it! Come make a card with us.

Inspired by all the little things #78

Hey Friends, It's time for another Inspired by all the little things Challenge. It's #78 and don't forget we went to an every 2 weeks format to give you more time to join us!

I was inspired by the hearts and quartrefoil design on the cookies. I had an embossing folder with the same pattern so I used that for the background. The hearts were die cut with Spellbinder hearts and scallopped hearts dies.
I used Pebbles "Forever My Always" paper from the SSS January card kit and a Simon stamp set from last year. CAS for a change.

Our guest is Linda Snodgrass, she's with us for the month! Head over to the blog and see all the great inspiration!

Inspired by all the little things #77

Hi all! Happy New Year! We're back to our challenges at Inspired by all the little Things. We're changing the format somewhat and are going to every 2 weeks now.
We've got a cute inspiration for you. Interpret it how ever you'd like! My "little thing", in other words what I took from the inspiration, was the critters!

My Lawn Fawn Party Animals are ready for a birthday party. Sheesh, I had to re-do a few of the animals due to rusty Copic coloring. I hadn't picked them up in weeks and it showed.
After layering this on some patterned paper I cut a banner with the Lawn Fawn banner stamp and dies. I added Glossy Accents to the fox's party hat and gift. You can't tell I stuck my finger in it as usual! Ha.
Our Guest for the month is Linda Snodgrass. Come on by and join us.
