Catered Crop-Use Vellum

Hi all, Today I'm sharing a card I made months ago for my local card club. I led the group to make variations of this card by coloring on the back of heat embossed vellum. I colored mine with Copics. Others used Stampin Up markers. The layout design of the card came from me casing several similar cards from Pinterest.

I used this SU stamp set ____ Flowers  which we heat embossed on PTI vellum with white EP. Then you simply color on the back and the color shows thru the vellum to the other side. To have these flowers really show up well they must have white paper behind them or they loose the wow factor. I added pearls to the centers of my flowers. The rest of the card is just layers of dry embossed and die cut white card stock. The sentiment is from a Flourishes set.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

Catered Crop -Vellum
Curtain Call -Anything Goes
Crafters Cafe -Anything Goes
7 Kids College Fund -Anything Goes
Penny's Paper Crafty 187 -Anything Goes
The Sisterhood of Crafters -Diecuts or punches (I used dies to cut out flowers and scalloped oval.)
Simon says Stamp Blog -Emboss it

Thanks for visiting!
Kim
