Inspired by all the little things #55

Hey Friends! Welcome to Inspired by all the little things # 55! Oh, what a pretty color pallette and photo we have for you! When making my card I had the photo on my I pad sitting right on my desk but somehow I veered off course! My card stock is Ocean Tides by Papertrey Ink. I thought it matched dusty green in the photo but it looks blue here.

Any-who, I saw the succulent in the flower bouquet and pulled out Hero Arts "Stamp your own succulents. First I tried Zigs but the coloring gods said no so I had to rely on my Copics. I fussy cut the images out because there's no die for this set. I found some patterned papers that matched the card stock and layered them up following Mojo Monday Sketch 494. May Arts Twine and a few sequins finish it off.

Our guest this week is Heidi Shafer. Come on by and add "your" card to the gallery!

Hugs, Kim

  6. Your fussy cutting looks as good as any die. You're always brilliant when it comes to these inspiration photos. So cute! That blue/green would be hard to match. Same thing happened to me when I painted my stamp room. Aqua somehow became mint green, but I love it and I love how your card turned out!
