Inspired by all the little Things #22

We're baaaacck! Back from our summer break, Crafty Friends! We at Inspired by all the little Things have a pretty Sunflower inspiration photo for you all this week. Here's my take.

I used a retired image but you can find something very similar and equally as pretty at Power Poppy Stamps. I heat embossed the sunflower in white, colored it with Zig markers and fussy cut out. It was the very first time I used them. I need a little practice!
I used a Simon Says Stamp set called Flip Flop Season sentiment stamp embossed in gold to make an encouragement card. The background was sponged on water color paper with Distress Inks. I totally forgot to put some water splatters on it but that's ok. :)

Our inspiration photo is super fun! Come join us this week.
Thanks for visting.
Kim

  8. It turned out beautiful! I love it on the blue background. I was afraid I wouldn't have enough control with the Zig markers so I got Gansai Tambi, but I love the look I've seen from the Zigs and I'll love to see what more you do with them. That inspiration photo is gorgeous, too!
